About Megan Cromer

As a knowledgeable professional, I approach my real estate business with a complete dedication to helping people find their dream homes. An award-winning agent, I am a recipient of numerous BHHS Sales Performance Awards.  Most recently, in 2022, I recieved the BHHS National Leading Edge Award, for being in the top 10% of the network nationally.  I have also been the recipient of HomeSnap’s Fastest Growing Agent Award, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices President's Circle Award for 2021 and Honors Society, ranking in the top 16% of the company in 2020. I specialize in residential and commercial sales and successfully utilize my patience, excellent communication skills and ability to educate others on the buying and selling process. I made the transition from working in education to the real estate industry in 2018 and have continued to use my expertise as an educator, as well as my local knowledge, to offer my clients personalized customer service.

As an active, lifelong resident of Kennett Square with experience working in the local public school system, the transition was a natural progression in my career. I consider myself a neighborhood expert and a go-to person for families moving into the area. With my many local connections and knowledge of the school systems, I have had great success in the Southern Chester County market and beyond. I am very active in my community, part of the Unionville Chadds Ford School District Parent Teacher Organization, where I have held numerous board positions, including President of Unionville Elementary PTO. I served on the UCFSD task force, spent 8 years as a Kennett Cooperative Preschool committee chair and have taught PREP at St. Patrick’s Church.  I continue to sponsor of many local sports teams and supporting this wonderful community that I call home. I am member of the Tri-County Suburban Association of Realtors® and am licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware to help you with all of your real estate needs.  I will treat you, your family and friends like they are my own family, and I look forward to becoming YOUR FAMILY’S REALTOR.
